The combination of French cuisine, which is perceived as heavy and of high standards, together with young, approachable American cuisine sounds unreasonable. In fact, the Neuman’s franchise pulls off this combination quite well by combining a classic French rotisserie with an American diner, offering a quick interpretation of sophisticated and subtle dishes.
